Method of application

The material is welded on a prepared surface using a gas burner. The lateral overlapping width should be not less than 110 mm. Material application: according to the Manual for Designing and Installation of “Breathing” Roofs Made of Technoelast VENT and Unifl ex VENT Welded-On Roll-Fed Materials.

Description of material


Technoelast VENT is a waterproofing sheet produced by placing a polymer-bitumen binder on a strong polyester base . The ventilated surface has strips of the polymer-bitumen binder of a certain size, the space between which is fi lled with coarse-grained sand. When it is welded on, this design provides for the ability of a roof to “breathe” thus guaranteeing the absence of air bubbles, which results in a longer service life.

The material has a thicker binder layer and a very strong foundation, thanks to which one-layer waterproofi ng is possible. Application of Technoelast VENT reduces costs and manufacturing times considerably. Technoelast VENT can be used in all climatic zones (as determined in Construction Codes and Regulation (SNiP) 23-01-99*).
