Self-adhesive sealing band «NICOBAND™» is used in repairing and construction of houses and buildings. Main scopes of application are as follows:

- Water insulation for wooden objects in concrete and stone constructions (window and door units).
- Ventilation systems sealing (air chutes, flexible air pipes).
- Vapour- and water insulation for field welds when making heat insulation of polyethylene foam.
- Sealing metal and plastic bodies of vehicles. Boats repairing.
- Noise- and vibration insulation for metal sanitary equipment (sinks, baths), and metal weatherings.
NICOBAND™ is made by applying adhesive bitumen-polymer binding substance on one side of a foiled UV-proof film. The binding substance consists of bitumen, butadiene-sterol thermoplastic elastomer or its modifications and a filler. An anti-adhesive polymer film is used as a protecting layer on the gluing side.
Due to the instructions on the individual package of the material, it can be used in all the climatic regions in accordance with СНиП 23-01 (Construction Rules and Regulations).
