LOGICROOF V-RP


Method of application

LOGICROOF PVC-membrane should be installed in one layer and be welded using hot air through use of automatic equipment. Contact with any materials containing bitumen or solvents should be avoided. Direct contact with polymeric materials made of polystyrene foam (EPS, XPS) is not allowed.

Temperature limitations for installation:
– Base temperature: min -25°C / max +50°C;
– Air temperature: min -15°C (min -25°C for LOGICROOF V-RP ARCTIC)/ max +50°C.

Description of material


Three-layer waterproofing membrane on a foundation of high-quality plasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC). It is stabilised against UV-radiation through use of the TRI-P® system. Contains fire-retardants and special stabilizers. It has enhanced elasticity for easy installation at a low temperature.

Appearance: The surface is smooth, with TechnoNICOL logos; the top layer is light-gray (approximately RAL 7035); the bottom layer is charcoal-gray. The membranes come in the following basic colors: white, red, green, dark blue. The use of inorganic pigments allows for obtaining high durability and color fastness. LOGICROOF V-RP is a PVC-membrane reinforced by a special polyester grid for waterproofing open flat roofs with high fi re-fighting requirements and for application in Russian climatic conditions. It is applied in roofing systems with mechanical fastening to the base. LOGICROOF V-RP ARCTIC is a PVC-membrane reinforced by a grid, with the enhanced fl exibility at negative temperatures.

Storage


Rolls should be stored horizontally on pallets in their original packing and in a place protected from sunlight, rain and snow. Storage in two stages with use of rigid spacers is allowed. When observing storage condition limitations the service life is unlimited.
