Sika® Hibond

Structural bonding agent between old and new concrete


Epoxy based, two component structural bonding agent. Sika® Hibond compiles with ASTM 881 – 87 Type II Grade 2 Class B and C.

Usage


Sika® Hibond is a structural bonding agent applied between old and new concrete surfaces during casting of roof slabs, retaining walls, water tanks, columns, extension of balconies, etc. It is also suitable for use as a structural bonding agent for steel and iron.

Storage conditions

Store properly in original unopened, sealed and undamaged packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. Protect from direct sunshine.
