Method of application

Mastic is applied to a processed surface using a paint brush, filling knife or by pouring and levelling. Mastic surface coverage: for mastic roof installation — 3.8–5.7 kg/m2; for waterproofing installation — 2.5–3.5 kg/m2.

Description of material

TECHNONICOL roof mastic no. 21 is a material that is completely ready to use, consisting of oil bitumen, modified by artificial rubber, mineral fillers and organic solvent. After drying, it forms a high-strength covering with a wide range of operating temperatures, which considerably increases the service life of the protected structures.

Storage

Store in a dry place protected against sunlight at a temperature between –20°C and +30°C. Guaranteed storage period — 12 months.
